Using TextLife
TextLife provides SMS-based assistant features, including reminders, scheduling help, and connected-account workflows. By using TextLife, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use TextLife. TextLife is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity associated with your phone number and connected accounts. You must not use TextLife to violate laws, abuse messaging systems, or interfere with the service.
Messaging
TextLife is an SMS service. By providing your phone number and activating an account, you consent to receive recurring text messages from your assistant. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Connected Services
TextLife works only with integrations you authorize. When you connect Google Calendar or another service, that provider may ask you to approve access. You can revoke connected-service access through the provider's account settings.
Payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices, plan limits, and included features will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscription charges are recurring and may be cancelled before the next billing period.
Assistant Output
TextLife can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing reminders, schedule information, messages, and actions before relying on them for important decisions. TextLife is not a medical, legal, financial, or emergency service.
Availability
We aim to keep TextLife reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or changed. We may suspend or terminate access if use creates risk, violates these terms, or harms the service.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TextLife is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
